I MC’d the 2015 TEC Summit this year, and also shared some insight as the moderator on the “Maintaining Editorial Authenticity While Meeting Revenue Targets” panel alongside Heidi Nazarudin, John Toskey and Jon Alain Guzik.
The Summit was brimming with engaging panels, and this one focused on how to increase revenue while simultaneously building brands. Kicking off the event with a 10-minute speed networking event, we segued into the first speaker of the day: keynote presenter John Yembrick, the head of NASA’s social media. With 409 social media accounts and 12 platforms, this is one leader who’s truly out of this world when it comes to managing SM.
The days first panel was “How Technology is Making Influence a Predictable and Scalable Business,” featuring Holly Hamann, Walter Knapp and Tina Weyand. Moderated by John Gable, discussions included topics such as how tech is impacting content and how communication is happening between consumers and businesses.
Ending the day with a speech from ESPN’s Jeffri Chadiha, this is one TEC event for the record books.
