Building strong relationships in general is part of my strategy. I network at seminars, with my affiliates, and in any environment where there might be a symbiotic relationship. I’ve met a Forbes writer whom I noticed had SEO issues on her website, so I reached out to her with advice on how to fix these problems. Being close with media platform writers can only serve you well!
I also prioritize great relationships just as much as great content. Knowing your customer helps with this, and you can also use your content to help build relationships. Once you know what your customer wants and needs, you know exactly what to deliver to them.
