Daily Eating
- OWYN Protein Shake – This is what I drink for breakfast each day. I can’t do dairy that much so these are great plant based protein.
- Iconic Protein Drinks – I drink these 1x a week as it’s grass fed protein. Says it’s lactose free but it still goes through me.
- Builders Protein Bars – These are NOT the healtiest nor clean ingredients. But in a pinch they work well for a quick meal replacement or large snack.
Healthy Snacks
We all need healthy snacks. I HAVE to snack or I binge bad. Here are a few of the healthy snacks that I eat. I find them all pretty clean. Keep in mind, eat them in moderation. I also am allergic to nuts so everything I eat is nut free.
- Sunnie Crackers – One of my fav gluten free snacks with only 5 ingredients.
- UNREAL Milk Chocolate Gems – these are delicious M&M’s but clean
- Soley Organic Pineapple
- Paleovalley Beef Jerky – These are clean grass fed beef sticks + delicious.
- Lesser Evil Himalayan Salt Popcorn – This stuff is clean and delicious
- Bare Baked Crunch Apples
- EPIC Bison Bars – I personally only get the cranberry ones. So good.
