CB Insights is tackling one financial issue at a time during Fintech, including whether or not partnerships are a profitable option. “Unbundling the bank” was the hot topic on day two of the conference, where over two dozen startups spoke about the pros, cons, and musts if you’re considering going this route. A number of panels also focused on the topic, which is particularly intriguing for those in the startup world. I spotted this magical stuffed creature at Fintech, but the real hot topic is artificial intelligence and how it’s slated to change the financial industry forever. When you hear about unicorns in the world of business, they’re usually mythical creatures that can lead many an entrepreneur astray as they chase the unattainable. However, “unicorns” and everything they represent are becoming more and more steeped in reality. For proof, keep track of everything taking place at Fintech!
