Black Enterprise is giving you tips on how to optimize your business this coming year, and asked for my input. A lot of people slack during the holidays, and that can extend into January. Instead, make January (and beyond!) the time to amp things up. I recommend having brand ambassadors, because they’re not just for product launches! Having people who are credible, besides yourself and any co-founders, is extremely important.
You’ll see the impact of these BAs with the online content if you depend on writers. Ask them to speak at events if that’s more your speed, or get a stable of writers/brand ambassadors on board. You’re in charge of branding them, and they in turn help your company be seen as trustworthy online. Getting someone’s trust means they’ll be loyal, and that’s exactly what you want from your customers.
There’s also the angle of becoming overly accountable. That’s not really a “thing” since you can’t be too accountable. Another pro suggested getting on the branded content bandwagon in general. That goes hand in hand with brand ambassadors. To find out more tips for 2016, check out the entire list!
